I use them both Gmail and Google Calender and they are awesome!
Google Calender also synchronize automatically to my Iphone Calender and you can give assistents access so that they can see which work has to be done and where you have your next meeting.

Hi Darren
This is really cool, i also started using the Gmail features organising my incoming mail. What I also do with safelists is to mark the filter for incoming mail with the option, "skip the inbox (archive it)". This clears your inbox and when you have time you can go to that specific folder to read and click if you want to. You opened my eyes with the google calender. I'm really going to use that feature much more in the future.

Hi Darren,
Great advice on organisation. I was already using filters in Gmail for sorting mail from lists but was getting overwhelmed with which days & how many etc. for outgoing mail. The Google Calendar was staring me in the face every day but it took you to point it out to me! Now I'll be able to get properly organised. All I need now is a "drone" to click on the HUGE numbers of email coming in from Adchiever.com

Hi Darren,
Better late than never on commenting, I hope!
Your video was great. Even though I already use gmail and set up filters, you pointed out a great idea about using the "has the words" filter. Also, had not really considered setting my Google calendar to send me mailing reminders. That's pretty sweet! Of course, Viral Mail Profits makes it really easy too.
Thanks for your great Adchiever site! As the owner of Ultimate Profit List, a Viral List Builder, it's important that our members know how to use them efficiently and effectively.

Hi Darren……I knew how to set up filters but I hadn't noticed the 'Never send to Spam' button before. For some reason, I do get E mails sent to the wrong place, despite already having set up filters which have otherwise worked perfectly well, so clicking this link makes it have a re-think I guess and hopefully, will make it send to the right place.
I may use the Calender thing too..not sure about that yet. All the same, thx for the info. If I was still in the position I was a month back, I would have loved to have received the info in this video.
